Toby's Lounge started with a simple idea: a neighborhood spot where quality food shouldn't feel fancy — just good. We opened our doors on Ludlow Street in 2016, and ever since, we've been baking sourdough at dawn, selecting local groceries, and keeping the lights on for folks who want a real place to eat and talk.

Everything we bake here is made from scratch, in-house, the way it should be. Our croissants are laminated by hand every morning. Our sandwiches use bread we baked that same day. And our grocery shelves carry things we'd actually eat at our own tables.
